21–23 May 2027 | Hotel Haaga, Helsinki
Strategia! is JCI Finland’s annual intensive training weekend, bringing together strategic thinking, teamwork and practical action.
Throughout the weekend, participants deepen their understanding of strategy, gain practical tools for developing and implementing strategies, and put their knowledge into practice together with their teams.
Strategia! is much more than theory. The learning process begins before the event with preparatory assignments and culminates in strategic teamwork during the weekend. The organising local chapter can also benefit from the results of this work.
STRATEGIA! 2027
GLASS CEILING BREAKERS
In 2027, Strategia! takes place in Helsinki under the theme Glass Ceiling Breakers.
Throughout history, remarkable individuals have seen opportunities where others saw limitations. They have been pioneers, challenged established ways of thinking and transformed entire industries.
Strategia! 2027 draws inspiration from their stories while keeping its focus firmly on the future. How can we identify the barriers that limit our potential? What are we willing to do differently? And most importantly, how do we turn a great strategy into action?
