Strategia! is JCI Finland’s annual intensive training weekend where strategy work, team spirit and action come together.
During the weekend, participants deepen their strategic skills, gain practical tools for developing and implementing strategy, and put what they learn into practice together with their teams.
Strategia! goes beyond theory. The work begins before the event with pre-assignments and culminates during the weekend in hands-on strategy work, the results of which can also be utilised by the organising chapter.

BREAKING THE GLASS CEILING
In 2027, Strategia! will be held in Helsinki under the theme Breaking the Glass Ceiling.
Throughout history, many people have seen opportunities where others saw limits. They have been the first to do things differently, challenged established ways of thinking and transformed entire fields.
Strategia! 2027 draws inspiration from these stories while keeping its focus firmly on the future. How do we recognise the limits within our own organisations and ways of working? What are we willing to do differently? And above all, how do we turn a good plan into action?
